Secure checkout infrastructure

LadeVnr™ uses Shopify and participating payment providers to support secure checkout and payment processing.

The payment methods available to you are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location, currency, device, transaction details, and payment-provider availability.

Before completing your purchase, please review the payment options shown at checkout and select the method that is most suitable for you.

Authorization and fraud prevention

All orders may be subject to payment authorization, verification, and reasonable fraud-prevention checks.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may request additional verification, decline a transaction, or place a temporary authorization hold while a payment is being reviewed.

These decisions are made by the relevant financial institution or payment provider. LadeVnr™ does not control an issuer's approval decision, verification requirements, or the amount of time required for a temporary authorization hold to be released.

If a payment cannot be completed, you may be asked to confirm your billing information or use another payment method available at checkout.

How transaction data is handled

Payment information submitted during checkout is transmitted to and processed through Shopify and participating payment providers using their respective security measures.

Complete payment-card information is generally handled by the applicable payment provider rather than directly stored by LadeVnr™ in readable form within our storefront systems.

While reasonable security measures are used to protect online transactions, no internet-based service or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

Customers should use trusted devices and networks whenever possible and keep account credentials, passwords, and payment information secure.

Pricing and charges

Before you submit payment, the checkout page will display the applicable product price, discounts, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, and the final order total.

Please review the final amount carefully before confirming your purchase.

Additional charges imposed independently by your bank or payment provider—such as:

• currency-conversion charges;
• foreign transaction fees;
• installment-related fees; or
• other issuer or provider charges

are determined by the relevant financial institution or payment provider and are not controlled by LadeVnr™.

Payment concerns

If your payment is declined, first confirm that your billing information is correct and that the selected payment method has sufficient available funds or credit.

Your bank or payment provider may also decline a transaction because of security controls, regional restrictions, verification requirements, spending limits, or other account-related reasons.

If you see more than one pending authorization for the same purchase, one of those entries may be a temporary authorization hold rather than a completed charge.

For questions about an issuer decline, authorization hold, currency conversion, or bank-imposed fee, please contact your bank or payment provider directly.
