Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the LadeVnr™ online store and form part of the agreement between you and Kunming Angchen Information Technology Co., Ltd.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced through our store, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Payment and Security Policy, and any other terms that apply to your purchase.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order through our store.

2. Product information

We aim to present product names, descriptions, fragrance characteristics, images, sizes, pricing, availability, and other relevant information as accurately as reasonably possible.

However, differences in screen settings, lighting, photography, packaging production, materials, and product presentation may result in minor variations between what appears online and the item received.

Fragrance is also experienced differently from person to person. The perceived strength, character, or development of a scent may vary depending on personal preference, room size, ventilation, temperature, humidity, placement, and other environmental conditions.

Descriptions of fragrance notes or atmosphere are intended to help customers understand and compare products and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every customer will experience a fragrance in exactly the same way.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order request, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

Before accepting or fulfilling an order, we may review information relating to:

• payment authorization;
• billing or delivery details;
• product availability;
• order quantity;
• suspected fraud or unauthorized activity; and
• other information reasonably necessary to process the transaction.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, inventory issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, legal restrictions, or other legitimate circumstances.

If we cancel an order after payment has already been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be arranged in accordance with the applicable payment and refund process.

4. Pricing, taxes, and payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on our store and may be changed prospectively without prior notice.

Before an order is submitted, the checkout process will display the applicable:

• product price;
• discounts;
• shipping charges;
• taxes, where applicable; and
• final order total.

You are responsible for reviewing the order information and final amount before completing payment.

By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it for the transaction.

Banks and payment providers may separately apply authorization holds, currency-conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, installment fees, or other provider-specific charges. These charges and processing times are controlled by the relevant bank or payment provider rather than LadeVnr™.

Promotions may be subject to conditions relating to:

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional codes generally cannot be combined with other offers, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively to previous purchases.

6. Shipping, risk, and returns

Order processing, shipping, delivery, cancellation, returns, and refunds are governed by the relevant policies published on the LadeVnr™ store.

Any delivery estimate provided during checkout or after purchase is an estimate rather than a guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery timing may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier operations, destination, customs processing, weather, public holidays, or other logistical conditions.

Return requests must follow our applicable Return and Refund Policy.

Please do not send products to our registered company address unless LadeVnr™ Customer Care has specifically instructed you to do so. The appropriate return destination may differ from our business correspondence address.

7. Product use and care

LadeVnr™ products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions, labels, warnings, or product-specific guidance supplied with the item.

Different fragrance products may have different requirements for handling, placement, storage, and care.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the information provided with the applicable product before use.

Product quality and fragrance characteristics may also be affected by environmental factors or inappropriate storage. Where relevant, customers should follow the care information supplied with the individual product.

If a product appears damaged or otherwise unsuitable for normal use when received, please contact our Customer Care team before continuing to use it.

8. Responsible use

You are responsible for using purchased products appropriately and following any instructions or warnings supplied with them.

LadeVnr™ products should not be altered, misused, or used for purposes other than those for which they are intended.

Product preferences and fragrance sensitivity vary between individuals. Customers should use their own judgment when selecting products for their household or personal environment and review product information before use.

If you have questions about how a specific product is intended to be used, please contact Customer Care or refer to the information supplied with that product.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kunming Angchen Information Technology Co., Ltd. and LadeVnr™ will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the purchase or use of our products or services where such liability may lawfully be limited or excluded.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, any limitation will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing principles and severability

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable law while respecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to a customer based on their location or transaction.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary where permitted, while the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A failure to enforce a particular provision on one occasion does not necessarily constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other right.
